DAN LEONARDI

I am a seasoned Consumer Packaged Goods professional with a track record of success in leadership roles including brand development, operations, key account development, and change management processes. With over 45 years in the Consumer Package Goods industry, I have crafted my ability to thrive in different environments taking on various leadership roles at some “best-in-class” food companies, including Pepsi-Cola, Kellogg Company, Conagra Brands, and Utz Brands.

As a testimony to my risk-taking and entrepreneurial spirit, I took my experience to Auburn University, where I successfully built “off-campus” student housing, completing the “building and selling” of a 35-unit complex in 2006.

Whether managing a building project, struggling team, or a broken business unit, I have a proven background in taking on complex tasks, calculating the risks, and finding a process/strategy to win.

A New Jersey native, my life is now anchored in Auburn, Alabama, where I reside with my wife of over 45 years, Susan. I am blessed with two sons, Daniel and Christopher and his beautiful spouse, Fabiola who will bless our entire family with our first grandchild, Victoria Lucia! Susan & I enjoy boating, college football, traveling, and most importantly spending quality time with my family and friends.

And lastly, my passion is sharing my key learnings and practical techniques and concepts with you… our future leaders and decision-makers!
