OUR SIGNATURE PROGRAM INCLUDES A SERIES OF 5 SESSIONS.
We start Session 1 with an in-depth personality assessment (The DiSC Assessment), and then use the results to tailor the following sessions to your personality and needs. Each session with Dan is one hour and can be either in person or over video call.

Which is right for me? The Signature Program or an Individual Coaching Session?
Our 5-Session Signature Program is designed for those searching to learn more about themselves and wanting a more practical approach to accelerate their careers. It will provide a more detailed roadmap to enhance your career by taking a deeper dive into your strengths and “watch-outs,” using a DiSC Assessment and various techniques and concepts. If you prefer a slower approach yet want a coach to lean on, our Individual Session is ideal. This will allow you a direct connection to us as needed.
Do you do speaking events?
We welcome speaking at small-to-larger format events. Our programs can be tailored to meet your themed needs. Our team will work directly with your coordinator to arrange a meaningful event using our various techniques and concepts.
Can we meet over a video call?
By signing up for our Signature Program or Individual Session, you will be automatically directly to an Zoom Invite Call based on the available time you choose from our Invite Calendar. If preferred, we can arrange a face-to-face session. Additional fees may be applied based on your location and our scheduling.
I am not a college graduate. Can we still work together?
Absolutely! Everything you will hear from us is based on practical, logical, and real-life experiences rather than ideological theory. Regardless of your educational level, we pride ourselves on blending educational values with pragmatic approaches. Whether a college degree or not, we are here to help everyone accelerate their personal development.
Do you offer group coaching?
Yes, group coaching is available. We will gladly work with your event coordinator to ensure we create a “win-win” event that will leave everyone wanting more. We can arrange a menu of techniques & concepts or have the group complete a 23-page DiSC Assessment Profile Report. We welcome the opportunity to tailor a program that will work best for you and your organization.
Do you travel for coaching or speaking events?
Yes, we will be delighted to travel to your location. Fees may apply based on location & scheduling.
